Take your riding to an all-new level with RMCJ training centre. It offers all riders all the tips and techniques to help them own the road. 

It also provides different types of training courses for different purposes, the main courses are.

Basic Rider Course - BRC

The BRC is designed for the true novice rider who has little or no riding experience. This training course consists of two levels, and both levels consist of theoretical and practical part. The RMCJ 250cc motorcycles are used in the practical part of the levels.

 

Level one: At this level, the riding gear will be explained to the riders as well as the needs for protecting themselves from accidents and the weather. They will learn the types of motorcycles and their uses and their controls and usage.

After the theoretical part of this level, riders will be provided with 9 exercises conducted on the training range.

 

Level two: Once level one is completed, riders will move to the second half of the theoretical part which provides the students with information on street riding strategies which will help them during street riding. As for the practical part of this level, it will include 8 exercises on the range. 

 

This course is designed with 2 schedules that the trainee can choose from:

 

  1. Four-day intensive course: This schedule is conducted over a period of 4 days which are 2 Fridays and 2 Saturdays between the hours of 10:00 to 17:00

  2. Eight-day course: the course is divided into 8 days over 2 weeks (Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) between hours of 14:00 to 17:00

 

The course fees are:
RMCJ Members: 100 JD
Non Members: 200 JD
The fees include the course manual.
J-BRC 2+ Advanced Course

This course was custom made for the RMCJ by the MFS.

 

The J-BRC2+ is not a basic rider course. It is a course for the experienced rider who wants to hone their riding techniques on their own motorcycle. It includes some of the exercises found in the BRC; therefore, riders who did or didn’t attend the BRC can take this course.

 

This course is a full day program and is given between the hours of 9:00 to 17:00. Practical training opportunities are increased in J-BRC2+, consisting of 15 practical exercises, where riders are allowed to use their own motorcycle.   

 

These exercises emphasize  the relationship between the rider and his own motorcycle where he will learn his own and his motorcycle limits, the riders learn how to manoeuvre their motorcycles in tight spaces.

 

J-BRC 2+ costs JD 75 for RMCJ members and non members JD 150. Fees are not refundable if the individual attended part of the course.
